When I see this, I relive the days when my mum brought me to the market and I stare at these menacing brutes squeezing red meat into the mincing machine, watching while the minced meat oozes out from it… facinating. Thats before the days of discovery channel.

This press effortlessly separates pulp from skin and seeds with just a few turns of the handle. Originally manufactured for Italian restaurants, it processes fresh or canned tomatoes.
