Finally, an induction cooktop catered to chinese cooking. Induction cooktops use a magnetic field to create resistance in iron or stainless steel pans, causing the pan itself to heat up quickly. When the pan is removed, the cooking surface is cool to the touch.
Kupperbush offers a variety of induction stoves, including the Induction Wok Cooktop, which has an indentation in the ceramic surface to ensure even heating in Wok pans.
