Sony Vaio L

April 10, 2007

A laptop is something that you put on your lap… A notebook is something you fold into two… A desktop is something desk bound… A Vaio L is a portable desktop with the components of a notebook or laptop combined with the presentable grace of a desktop. Why follow a form or function when you don’t even know if it actually work how you want it to work.

I wanted a personal computer that I can sometimes use for presentation and do file transfer on the go… and not something I want to carry around everyday. Sony did just that and I feel that there is a strong consumer demand for this… now what it needs is being cheap. SGD3099 is a nice price for this PC currently for its configuration but not mass market enough. Can Dell or Acer do something for the mass?

ThinkGeek 8-bit Tie

April 10, 2007

I love it. ThinkGeek created this 8-bit silk tie that is clip on to preserve the simple, right angle, 8-bit lines.
You’ll be the envy of the office or, at least, you’ll get tons of attention. You’ll be just like Mario when he wore a tie to meetings when negotiating his contact with Nintendo.
